The Student Conference on Linguistics (StuTS) is an event aimed at students of linguistics, computational linguistics and other language-related fields. Since 1987, it has taken place every semester. The goal of the conference is to allow for scientific exchange in a social environment, as well as to introduce students to the experience of a scientific conference in preparation for an academic career. The Computational Linguistics Students Conference (TaCoS) was founded in 1992 and takes place annually. Students of computational linguistics and thematically related fields meet up and discuss their research in talks and workshops. The organization of both conferences alike is handled by teams of student volunteers dedicated to host it at their university. Usually, attendees are provided with housing and breakfast, compensated for by a small attendance fee. The program consists of talks, workshops and postersessions held by students, in which everybody is allowed to present their work. Additionally, renowned researchers of the hosting university are asked to present keynotes. A number of events offered in the free time allows everybody to get to know each other.

We are planning for an in-person conference. However, to which extent this will be possible is as of yet unclear. We will, of course, inform you here, once we are certain of the proceedings.
